We perform a safety management of the production facility in complete consideration for the neighboring area and the environment.
In the facility, a deodorization device called ≪aniko≫ has been adopted which let us create products in consideration for the local environment. We were able to obtain the ≪pollution free facility≫ certificate from Setagaya ward in 1990.
Including the qualification of pollution control manager from the city of Tokyo and in order to get various qualifications, each employee makes an effort for safety and environmental management.
As a company that collaborates with Japanese pastry schools, giving lectures for example, we convey the charm of fragrance to many people, and we also perform activities contributing to a richer eating habit.
